Supply Planning Specialist (f/m/d) (1 year contract)

We are open for candidates available for 25-38 hours per week.
Make an impact
― Defining and implementing differentiated supply planning strategies to optimize supply efficiencies while balancing capacity,
dependent demands, inventory targets and stock risks within the B2C HOME manufacturing network internal and external
― Ensuring full transparency in terms of capacity and raw material availability along the E2E supply chain for component to production,
supply planning and sourcing
― Optimizing in alignment with finished article and component planning teams the availability of finished goods within the B2C supply
network (prioritization) for the defined area of responsibility
― Being a partner with defined stakeholder and initiating follow-ups in case of deviations to the agreed plan by defining specific needs
― Pro-active highlighting and identifying resolutions of potential component constraints within the tactical horizon in the weekly capacity
and tactical alignment meetings
― Setting optimal safety stocks on SKU-level within the relevant supply network

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
― University degree or a university student, preferably in business, management, logistics, process management or equivalent or higher
school education (HTL, HAK, HBLA) with respectively proven long-term experience in Supply Chain Management
― professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
― Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
― Very good English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills, German is a plus
― Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
― Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
