About the job

― Guarantee reliable order lifecycle management focusing on Customer expectations and execute a consistent order

book management in line with global policies, guidelines and KPI targets

― Proactively manage SCM-related topics between the various internal departments (e.g. Production Network, Product

Management, Pricing Office, SCM partners, Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing)

― Manage market requests with regard to availability, lead times, product alternatives, product configuration, sample

shipments, product hotspots and complaints

― Create and manage orders for internal stakeholders and external suppliers including frame order handling

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

― Education, preferably in the area of Logistics and Supply Chain (at least BHS Matura), University degree as a plus

― Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting

― Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

― Excellent German & fluent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills

― Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes, knowledge of the global transportation market
